Neuro Sense & Sense-ability 
Sensing and data processing technology for the brain

The brain is by far the most complex and mysterious organ in the human body, and remains a fascinating object of study from an engineering, biological, or medical perspective. Neuro-technology has advanced tremendously in the past two decades and will evolve even faster in the future, leading to new insights and new treatments in the medical field.

 In this 2-days workshop, we invited world-renowned speakers from the fields of neuro-engineering, medicine and neuroscience, who will present the state of the art as well as visionary outlooks on how neuro-technology will help us to better understand, cure, and interact with the brain. The workshop is divided in three parts, covering (1) novel technology for imaging and recording from the brain, (2) data processing techniques to analyze and interpret brain signals and images, and (3) applications in the medical field and beyond.

The workshop aims to bring together early career researchers (PhD researchers and postdocs) from two different communities, i.e., biomedical sciences and engineering sciences. Of course, other people are welcome as well. If you are interested in new advances in neurotechnology and its applications in the biomedical field, if you are looking for new opportunities in this domain, or if you want to meet people with similar interests, do not hesitate and sign up for this fascinating meeting. Also, we encourage everyone to submit a brief abstract to present a poster or give a short talk about your research!
